Our take on the classic pie from Naples. Ciliegine ("cherry") mozzarella from Lioni Latticini that melts perfectly over our tomato sauce & fresh basil seasoned with Sicilian oregano. Post-bake we add a glug of extra virgin olive oil, freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh ground black pepper. This is the little black dress of pizza: simple, elegant and always in style.
