This pie is named after Sonny Franzese, the late underboss of the Colombo family. We start (of course) with Lioni Latticini fresh mozzarella and our seasoned tomatoes, then top with Hormel Rosa Grande pepperoni, hot fennel sausage made exclusively for us by Dave & Tony's Salumeria, balsamic red onions and herbes de Provence mushrooms. Of course we finish off the pie post-bake with fresh ground black pepper and 18-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano. This is a pie fit for a king - or at least an Underboss...
