Ghost chili sausage, pepperoncini, spicy vodka sauce, spicy marinara, center-loaded heatstroke powder, jalapeno honey

This pie is the NY version of my 911 pie that I created in Malaysia. I called it the spiciest pizza in Asia.  No one ever disputed that claim.  This pie is very spicy – but it’s not overloaded with Bhut Jolokia (a/k/a ghost peppers) like its Malaysian counterpart.  It does have a very spicy ghost chili sausage made by Muncan Meats – and it will make you sweat!  That’s balanced out by our whole milk mozzarella and tomato sauce.  I do add some of my heatstroke powder, made in-house from dehydrated Carolina reapers and ghost chilis.  Then we sweeten the deal with a drizzle of our house-made jalapeno honey.  Stay away from this one if you aren’t a chili head.  But if heat’s your thing, this pie is for you.
